Domestic – USA
modernetc designs will arrive at your door approximately 2 to 3 weeks after order placement.
Production time is estimated to be about 5 to 10 business days for most orders and then packaged designs are sent via FedEx.

Actual shipment times vary based on the final destination, but are estimated to be:
 * 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
 * 3 to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

International
modernetc designs will arrive at your door approximately 2 to 4 weeks after order placement.
Production time is estimated to be about 5 to 10 business days for most orders and then packaged designs are sent via FedEx.
Actual shipment times vary based on the final destination, but are estimated to range between 3 to 12 business days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process, and are based on the shipping address and the size of the order.
Designs will be shipped via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery Service in the United States, and FedEx International Economy to other parts of the world.

Expedited Delivery
Please contact us via e-mail (orders@modernetc.com) or phone (18-MODERN-012 / 1.866.337.6012) so we can work with you on options for expedited production and shipment.  Additional fees may apply.
Please make sure to mention your order number if you would like to expedite an order which was already placed.

Order Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation receipt will be sent to the e-mail address provided when an order is placed.
If an e-mail address was not provided while checking out, or if another receipt copy is required, please request one by sending an e-mail to orders@modernetc.com.

Return Policy
To provide the maximum flexibility in color and size choices, modernetc designs are made-to-order and are considered custom orders. As a result, all sales are considered final. modernetc will not be able to accept returns, change or refund orders except in cases where orders are lost or damaged during shipment.

Damaged Shipments
If your order appears damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately upon receiving it, so that we can process a claim with the shipping company. All orders are insured, and the shipping company will require an inspection in the event of damage, so please hold onto all packing materials and the item(s) until further notice. modernetc MUST be informed within 2 days of delivery of all damaged items, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.

Tax
Sales tax is added only to orders shipped within the State of California.

Taxes and Customs billing (International orders)
There is a possibility that you may be required to pay customs and taxes in order to claim your package depending on your local customs laws. Please contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more information.
